Deyhim "SG screwed up."

Michael Deyhim, former candidate for Student Government President,
claimed voting irregularities seriously hurt his election bid. "SG screwed
up," he said. "After all the money and time I spent, SG is saying basically,
Screw you.'"

Deyhim's problems started early on Monday morning, when a profile was
not posted next to his name on the election website. Deyhim had sent
an e-mail to RIT student and SG Systems Administrator & Developer Bob
Carroll the previous week, asking to review...

Most students will be surprised
to hear that RIT has a nationally

NTID Performing Arts has placed 95 students in professional theater, and
approximately half (between 500 and 600 students) of all NTID students
take classes in the department every year. However, about 20 of the
students involved are hearing.

Last week, I sat down with three people from the NTID Performing Arts

Academic Senate Delays Athletes' Early Registration

The Academic Senate voted not to approve a proposal by the
Student Athletics Advisory Committee (SAAC) to allow student
athletes to register for classes one day earlier than they
are otherwise able. By tabling the motion, the Senate has
delayed action on it until next year.

The proposal called for the Senate to "make a change in
school policy so that student-athletes are extended the same
courtesy of early registration as Honors Students and NTID
Cross-registered students for the...

in Paris actually put the torch out.

They were protesting for a variety of reasons. Some turned out against
